No doubt there’s housing crisis in the United States. Freddie Mac is updating the guidelines - which will allow homebuyers to use rental income derived from accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) to help qualify on their next home purchase.
This is a small drop in the bucket but is also a step in the right direction.

We aren’t going to have the units, numbers or volume we expected or rely on to substantiate our businesses. Good news - now is the time to put our blinders on and to market better than ever because 2023 will be the return to normalcy for the real estate market.
